Anything out there that can help us achieve our goals.. whatever they are... any tools we can find are always useful.
Tuesday is my big day.
I have decided that when I start going back to the club it will be for 30 minutes of walking and 30 minutes of pool time and then additional things will be rotated in as time allows. I am planning to start exercising January 14th and I will also post my current weight from that morning weigh in. I plan on using the 14th as a start date for exercising since I will be there seeing my nutritionist, after our meeting I am going to do 30 minutes of walking on the track. then on the 16th I will come back and do 30 minutes of walking and 30 of pool time.
Thats the initial plan.
On January 8th I start with the eating process of my plan... I will be logging my food again on Calorie-Count Plus..,,
Getting focused and getting ready!!!

As for you, it sounds as if you are in a positive frame of mind right now AND you have a plan for getting back on track with your exercise plan! Good luck!
