I am starting Healthy Weight For EveryBody on September 22, 2008 along with working with a trainer to help get me healthy.. its been a rocky scary road lately and I want to forge a new and healthier path.

This is Cookie. she is an Australian Shepard Chocolate Lab Hybrid.. ( hey thats what this new website calls mutts okay... HYBRIDS.). and she is certainly that.. very brilliant and a quick learner.. a pretty darn good schemer too.. .thinking about those dastardly squirrels and noisy birds in the yard
