- Life is ever changing.. and we constantly have to work to find the right fit .. what works we keep what does not work we discard. In keeping with that theme.. I am starting Healthy Weight For EveryBody on September 22, 2008 along with working with a trainer to help get me healthy.. its been a rocky scary road lately and I want to forge a new and healthier path.

This is Cookie. she is an Australian Shepard Chocolate Lab Hybrid.. ( hey thats what this new website calls mutts okay... HYBRIDS.). and she is certainly that.. very brilliant and a quick learner.. a pretty darn good schemer too.. .thinking about those dastardly squirrels and noisy birds in the yard
