Trying to be a Warrior

Trying to be a warrior.. pain is pretty bad.. today .. but I will get through it..
In other news... so did you watch the debates last night... ??? Biden.. maybe.. Palin.. not sure.. she really gets on my last nerve.. I know she is trying to appeal to the general masses .. I guess I am extreemly old school when I prefer a person to use proper english and not come across a couple of times like a smart ass.. Sorry Palin fans but to me there were a few times .. she seemed a bit smart assish.. I also fall into the line of being pro choice so I have issues with her stance on abortion rights and in general rights to privacy .. either she is not well informed or was completely taken by surprise in a recent interview. thats it for politics.. just my thoughts..and trying to focus on other things besides the pain I am in...
Have a great weekend...
Wish me well
Wish you well too

YEP, Honi, there were a couple of times I wanted to slap that fake smile off of her. You could tell a few time when she was rambling on about nothing to do with the question the Joe wanted to be condsending to her but he held his tongue well. I can't think of another election when I didn't want either candidate at all and I've been through a bunch of elections.

So sorry you are going through this physical ordeal. I truly am wishing you well.

I wasn't impressed with her. She seemed to be using some rehearsed act and then slide back into being herself. I know I could tell the difference between the two. I didn't care for her smart assness either. ;-)

I understand about the pain. Wishing you some peaceful painfree days ahead! I'll be praying for you. (((hugs)))

I was so not impressed my Palin. I do not like it when she refers to the middle class american as "Joe Six Pack". Like we are all sitting in our lazy boy with a beer in one hand and the other stuffed down the front of our pants Al Bundy style. She tries to act like she is just like middle class america but she has no idea.

Palin, well her little constant smile does get on my nerves along with that wink thing she has going on. I just can't decide what it is exactly I think about her.

I hate that you are having a bad day and hurting today. I just got home from the high school football game and those stinking bleachers killed me tonight.

ug. She was way too cutesy and folksy for me. AND that was her on her best behavior. When she said 'say it ain't so Joe' the eye roll from me was of epic proportion!! Plus I love Joe Biden. And I think he hit a home run in that debate. :) I'm so sorry you're feeling crappy girl. xo. Thinking of YOU!!!!!

I really went into the VP debate prepared to give her a chance. However, I find it condescending when a person uses "common" language in an attempt to appeal to the masses. If that is just her true personality, good for her but I take the role of Vice President as a very serious job, I expect the highest level of professionalism from the person who fills that seat.

And what was with that winking?

Feel better my dear friend.
