HEALTHY WEIGHT FOR EVERYBODY

AS I move along my own weight loss I thought it might be fun to share with you the hand outs I get in class.. I recieved a lot this week so for now I will share the below with you.. click on each one , resize it so you can read it if needed. Use it.. I will be including recipes as well... over the next week or so.. I hope these tips and ideas help you along your way... Yes they are things you know by rote.. you have known them a very long time but maybe by seeing them once again in print.. it might give you encouragement or ideas along the way.. we can do these things.. we can make these changes.. a simple step at a time..

Also, I have to apologize for overlooking for blog for a a while there...I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. You have shared so many beautiful pictures of your wedding day, with your mother by your side. Please accept my sincerest sympathy- hoping every day is brighter!

I was very disturbed to read about the big F. This is not an easy condition to live with if you want to be physically active and lose weight. I feel for you. Then again, you might be able to get yourself a prescription for medical-cannabis. DUDE!

Thanks for taking the time to share these handouts. Even though there are things on there that we all know -it is nice to remind myself especially when I am losing a bit of focus.

I really like the questions it says to ask yourself before you eat or have a snack. Think I may print those out and paste them all over the house!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this. Yes its good common sense but seeing visual reminders is something I need to do OFTEN, especially this time of the year!
