I found a really interesting site for today .. its called WALKSCORE.COM You put in your address and it tells you if your neighborhood is a good walking neighborhood.. alas mine scored a 5 out of 100.. mine .. well is a poor walking neighborhood.. you can walk in my neighborhood but there is no place to walk too.. no parks, stores etc...You are lucky if you have that...

Hot & steamy here (Memphis) too! It doesn't bother me as much this year as it has in the past, but it's still icky!

We had a high of 53 yesterday. Expecting a high of 56 today but by Saturday we are supposed to be in the 80's! LOL Gotta love a roller coaster ride!

I was horrified that my neighborhood scored a 9!!! We have walking trails and parks plus within a 2 1/2 mile radius:
3 grocery stores
2 pharmacies
1 Starbucks
3 Dry Cleaners
Restaurants and fast food places galore
A small Ace Hardware store
YMCA!
Library
Park -n- Ride to downtown Houston
A high school, middle school and elementary,
Churches
Crazy! I thought it would at least score closer to 100.

To hell with hot and steamy! I HATE hot and steamy! And I"m damn tired of it even this early in the summer.
