JUST ANOTHER MANIC MONDAY

You know for some reason my internal clock is still off.. here I get an hour of extra sleep and my body is still tired.. Could be nerves.. I dunno...

I tried a new combo at breakfast today had my usual oatmeal but I added some of that sugar free Hazelnut flavor too it.. IT was devinealicious ...there are many different flavors to choose from.. and also I saw on the Hungry Girl website where you can find different flavors of splenda and do the same thing... just gives that simple oatmeal a little kick which is nice...

We did a great grocery shop this weekend.. bought lots of fresh fruit, some asparagus, fresh shrimp ( had shrimp and aspargus for dinner last night and tonight we are going to finish off the shrimp by doing a pasta toss with it and adding the rest of the aspargus to it too... We picked up some fabulous apples.. (honey crisp yummy) .. so we are loaded for the week..

I have some reccomendations for you guys below..

love 8th Continent light chocolate soy milk :

I saw these but have not used them yet:
I just discovered this but I have heard its been around for a while: Tried the Hazel nut sugar free one its pretty darn good in Coffee and oatmeal..

A standard in my home is PB2 I love this stuff:

You can only find PB2 online at Bell Plantation.. google it... its easy to find... PB2 is powdered pb that can be reconstituted in with a little water.. measure out 2 tbls of pb2 a little bit of water.. mix to desired consistancy.. great for sandwiches or to add in recipes etc...
For Monday
Wish me well
Wish you well too...

Now I'm hungry for oatmeal. lol I haven't had any in ages... but I like it with honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and chopped walnuts. Mmmm... I may have to make that for breakfast tomorrow! lol

We really do have a lot in common! I wish I had a dollar for every time that I wished that hubby did not have an ex! lol

Ooo, I like the idea of the powdered peanut butter. Not sure we'd get it over here in the UK, though I may just have a browse in a while...

I hope the week ahead will be a good one for you :-D

Hugs,

I love the PB2! I put it in a smoothie with bananas, YUM. Real peanut butter has 180 cal/2T and PB2 has 54 cal/2T!

I like oatmeal with walnuts or almonds and craisens...yeah I'm weird. I've never heard of powdered pb!!! I love the Davinci syrups and right now I'm looking for gingerbread flavor that I've heard tale of but can't seem to find! The orange looks really good too. Yummy!!

That powdered peanut butter sounds....wierd. What is the benefit calorie and fat wise. If it's worth it - maybe I'll give it a try. I adore peanut butter!
