OHHH before I forget.. I tried this great new cereal by TOTAL called Cranberry Crunch.. read about it on I Ate a Pie.. (sidebar) Yummy.. 1 and 1/4th cup is a serving.. 190 per serving with out milk.. good snack though and tasty.. 
Be sure and visit Hungry Girl.. (sidebar) great info on Pomagranats.. they are so good for u.. YUM.. messy but Yummy!

i luv DIY. thanks for you comment...i have an interview today (just posted about it) thats probably what it was. bc i was snacking and honestly, it wasnt even worth it, yet i did not stop.
