NO THIS WILL NOT STOP ME! I have been remiss in posting... On Friday I went to see the doctor.. I have Fibromyalgia , which would explain my years of pain...
Steve has mentioned to me on more than one occassion I get the ball rolling with weight loss and then BOOM! something happens and stops me!.. he is right.. this does happen.. but this time. I can not let this happen..
I have opted out of wearing the sensewear for now.. frankly.. it irritates me and annoys me and is uncomfortable.. and that is from the fibro... I feel best on no pain meds... because I hate being foggy... I didnt like the flexerial at all and am going to tell my doctor.. I found an article in the paper ( a friend called and pointed it out to me ) regarding a new study being done for folks with Fibro so I am going to check that out.. I will do anything to have freedom from pain.. My best choice is getting in the water as much as possible.. and adivan to help me relax and sleep at night...
I am going to stick with my program though... I am going to be scheduled for a endoscope in the next couple of weeks. still have the burning in the gut.. either the fibro acting up or an ulcer.. we need to see which... also going to see the nureosurgeon regarding my neck .. just to get a more detailed view of the MRI.. I had a ton of blood work done on friday to see if I have a vitamin deficency... so I am waiting for those results too
All and all.. I will keep on keeping on and now that his pain has a name.. at least I can do something with it instead of thinking It is just all in my head... thats a relief..

Wow Honi. I don't know what to say. It seems like you just keep having one thing after another. I know you are strong enough to get through this and to find the right way to do it.
Honi, Some of what you are experiencing may be stress related. I don't know a lot about that ailment but I know stress affects lupus.You have certainly had your share of stress in the last several months. Don't give up, a pause maybe to get yourself adjusted but don't give up. I'm wishing you well.
I am sorry to hear about the fibro. Boy you really have been through the ringer this year. I hope things calm down and you can get your feet under you soon. You're such a sweet person and I hate to hear you're suffering. Hang in there Honi.

I hate this for you. I saw JC mentioned lupus - have you ever been assessed for THAT? My Dad had it and was in awful pain when he had flare-ups.
